Oven-Baked Dried Mango
Ingredients
- 1-2 mangos, peeled and thinly sliced
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
PREP: 5 MINUTES
COOK: 4 HOURS

Directions
Preheat oven to 185°F. Place prepared mangos on an Oven Bacon Pan tray or sheet pan with a grid. Bake for 3-4 hours or until fruit is done and dried (thickness of mango will affect baking time- adjust accordingly).
*If baking on a sheet pan with no grid, flip the mangos every 30-40 minutes. Baking time may also increase.

The pan's four corners act as pouring spouts for easy disposal of bacon fat when cooking is finished. Better yet, line the pan with aluminum foil prior to baking for hassle-free cleanup. Hand wash only. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
