4. STEP-BY-STEP RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE

5. SHIPPING COSTS, DAMAGES, AND REFUND PROCESSING
Return Shipping Fee Responsibility:

provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse full shipping costs.
